Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

• Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, etc.)

• Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

2. Payment Security

• All online transactions are processed via secure payment gateways

• Vyapari Hub does not store full card or UPI credentials

• We use industry-standard encryption to protect your financial information

3. Payment Confirmation

• Online payments are confirmed instantly after successful transaction

• For COD, the order is confirmed once our system accepts the request and courier is assigned

4. Payment Failure

• If a payment fails during checkout, please retry or use an alternate payment method

• Vyapari Hub is not responsible for delays caused by failed transactions due to network or bank issues

5. Refunds

• Refunds for returned or cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method

• Refund processing may take 3–7 working days after product inspection

• COD payments will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI

6. Taxes & Charges

• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise specified

• Any additional bank or wallet charges are the responsibility of the customer

7. Disputes

• Any payment disputes should be reported immediately to our support team
